We got this for a surgery. It works well but has one flaw, it’s not very wide and is hard to get a proper fit on the seatbelt on our Honda and Toyota vehicles. The comfort is great so we gave it a 4 stars. But they need to fix the width where the Velcro is located.

Recently had a port placed for chemo. This seatbelt cover allowed me to use my seatbelt with comfort. The belt was not pressing down on my stitches or port. I plan to keep it on all through chemo. The saying reminds me that my best days are to come.

We had a different type of pad and it just was not working. We ordered this one and it worked great.

Bought after surgery due to a large incision. Seat belts were painful and I found that the only way to get some comfort was to hold the seatbelt away from my incision but that was not very practical. I found this pillow and it works perfectly. Got my hands back and now I don't cringe when going over speed bumps or bumps in general. Definitely recommend.

Soft and makes seatbelt so much easier to use after double mastectomy. The regular seatbelt is to hard and hurts to be across incisions. This allows you to be safe and still protected.

It is best to buy and use it immediately post surgery, but I think the cost is high and can still be cheaper.

I was in a car accident a few months ago, and was left with significant seatbelt bruising. After a few weeks, the visible bruises faded, but I still kept having abdominal wall pain. I finally figured out that it must have been internal bruising that wasn't healing because of the pressure from wearing a seatbelt (made worse by being a bit overweight). After improvising with a towel, which helped a little, but not enough, I looked at what was available on Amazon and found this, which made a huge difference. I'm not yet fully healed, but the pain is almost gone. I even took it with me traveling by plane. I'll probably keep using it even after I'm healed, as it makes the seatbelt much more comfortable, and doesn't interfere with its function. It attaches to the seatbelt with velcro loops, and stays in place pretty well, so you can just leave it attached instead of having to adjust it every time.
