This box comes with medium weight individually wrapped knives which is a big plus. They can be used for backyard parties or large gatherings without worrying about them getting dirty or contaminated. You can can be sure you will be picking a clean knife every time no matter where it is kept.We have been using these for spreading butter and for pancakes and they hold up pretty well. The length of knives is good for holding and using. These are medium weight knives and they work good with soft foods like pancakes, cake, salads, nuggets and fritters but they might not work very well with steak or other meat and hard vegetables. I keep these on the family dining table and they are so useful for everyday meals and makes clean ups so easy.

These are great medium weight knives. The above photos picture Amazon Commercial (black on the left) https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B081Z9L8KW/ then the Genuine Joe https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01MXLYKK0/ in the middle and the Quiddity on the far right. They are not as thick as the Amazon Commercial but thicker than the Genuine Joe.
