Keeping my plants happy while I forget to water them? Yes, please! These are easy to use and look elegant in my pots—practical and pretty. They release water gradually, which has kept my plants healthier, and they’re perfect for when I go out of town. Plus, the iridescent glass adds a nice decorative touch! They can be a little tricky to fill, but, overall I'm a fan.

These iridescent glass watering globes are as beautiful as they are practical. When I unpacked them, I quickly noticed the eye-catching shimmer. They'll bring color to my indoor plants when they're not flowering. The glass feels sturdy, and the'll fit easily into my plant pots. It helps that they came with a bamboo stick to create a hole in the soil before inserting the glass stems. My plants will stay perfectly hydrated thanks to the slow and steady water release, which saves me from the guesswork of when to water next. I love that they are made of glass and won't eventually be polluting the environment with plastic.Another big plus is that the set comes with a straw cleaning brush that makes it easy to reach inside the narrow neck and rinse out any buildup—something I really appreciate because these globes are too pretty to not keep clean. I have no complaints about these. They came intact and the packaging seemed sufficient. The dowel and pipe cleaner that come with them are helpful and a nice touch. I find a lot of these watering bulbs to be very noticeable and have a "look". These are very subtle and just have a nice, delicate shimmer. While I wouldn't rely on these to provide a sole watering source, I think they can be very helpful. I'm using these two differently. One is in a tree that cannot dry out. When I see the water start to move out of the bulb, it is time for it's soak in the tub. One is a leafy plant that goes from lush beauty to death's door in a matter of hours. This also helps me keep tabs on that before I end up with any crispy leaves. I would definitely order these again.

These are a little hard to fill due to the size of the shaft, but otherwise zero complaints. They're very pretty, and they work great. I love the slight rainbow in the glass- they're so pretty in sunlight. I'm definitely buying more of this style- I have a few other kinds of watering globes and these have been the most functional so far. The package also comes with a cleaning brush (great for the dirt that gets in when you're first using them) and a chopstick for poking a hole in the soil (which I didn't use but it's nice to have).

I ordered these 2 Large Glass Self-Watering Planter Inserts for my indoor plants. These are nice in design and operational. I'm not sure I'd call these 'Large' - more like small, maybe medium in size. While these are functional and look nice, I gave this a 3-star rating given the price point and size. I'd probably hit the Dollar Tree store first to check their inventory prior to ordering these.
