This bowl should be a staple in every home. Perfect solution for those that love to eat nuts with shells on them. Dint think about it—just order it.

. . a perfect bowl for snacks with "leftovers" -- inedible leftovers that is. This bowl set solves the problem of needing an extra container to put the shells in after you eat their contents.When I snack on pistachios or peanuts, I prefer the ones that come with their shells on. It slows me down when I have to open each one before I eat it. The shelled ones are too easy to overeat by the handful. This bowl set is well designed to hold a good quantity of nuts in the top bowl with plenty of room in the bottom one for the shells. The openings on the sides are large enough to allow you to even put peanut shells into the bottom.I expected the bowls to fit more tightly together, to more or less "snap " together, which they don't. The fit is good but not tight, so always lift the bottom bowl if you want to pick up the whole assemblage.I do have issues with a couple of the claims in the vendor's description:"The bowl is just the right size for a single serving of pistachios or other similar snacks." - At least in the quantity I prefer to eat of pistachios, the bowl holds way more than I personally would want to eat, at least of pistachios, if it were filled up, that is."Non-slip base: The bottom of the bowl features a non-slip base." - The base of the bottom bowl shows no sign of any kind of non-slip material; there's just a raised ring of the stuff the bowl is made of.Neither of these is a big deal for me, which is why I went ahead with 5 stars.Exactly the bowl I never knew I needed!

My husband was constantly making a mess on the couch with the pistachio shells. Now he has a perfect reservoir to discard his shells and can chomp away while watching the game and we are both happy. It lives on the counter. If I put it away he's like, where's my bowl!?! 🤣 it's made really well, holds a lot, no complaints.

I bought this bowl as a present for my father because he loves pistachios. It’s hard to find things for him, but this is one product he likes and uses. It’s a clever concept that I think will come in handy in cherry season too. The blue and gray colors are attractive, but I would have liked some additional color options.
