Not sure what the issue is but I see a lot of reviews also saying the tip is missing. I bought this because permatex rtv works great and I have a large job. That tip was the reason for purchasing the tube. Now I'll have to 3d print one to work but I couldn't imagine how you could reasonably use this without the tip.
