Usage How To Get The Best Results From CleanTech Lubes: Apply to clean chain 10 minutes before riding.* Store and apply lube between 50 &100º F.** Shake bottle well before applying. Apply liberally to rollers of chain while backpedaling. If applying to a dirty chain, wipe well immediately after first application, and then apply a second time. Cycle chain for 15-20 seconds to distribute lube, then wait 5-10 minutes. CleanTech lubes use an alcohol carrier which delivers the lubricant package and then quickly evaporates. For maximum cleanliness, wipe any remaining excess lube. * May be applied to dirty chain but offer max performance and cleanliness when first applied to a clean chain. We suggest the Chain Pig chain cleaner used with Pig Juice or Degreaser 13. CleanTech lubes may be reapplied as needed for many rides before additional cleaning is required. ** Ingredients in CleanTech lubes may solidify below 50º F. To correct this, place bottle in warm room or sunny window. The lubes can be ridden well below 50º and will perform as intended if lube itself is above 50º when applied.

My chain seems well oiled after using this. The best part it doesn’t smell bad. I’m not sure what they use, but the balance between function and natural is perfect.

I like this product, so this review is only about the supplier. It looks 20 days from order to delivery, which is unheard of with Amazon. Love the product, will not order from this supplier again.

I have tried a bunch of different chain lubes, and most of them just make a mess. This one is perfect. It doesn't attract dust, it lasts a decent amount of time, but since it doesn't build up and make a gooey mess, I can use it more often. I love this stuff. It does have a strong smell though. I can see that bothering some people.

I’ve tried a zillion different dry lubes and this is the one. Runs very smooth and behaves similar to the factory lubrication you get with a chain is fresh out of the box. Other brands have either left the chain to sticky or stiff. I’ve built several bikes and Now use only this lube. Trust me on this one and happy riding!

I have been using another brands wax based lube and switched to this. This Pedros lube is fantastic and smooth. My other wax based lube seemed to get all gummed up and stiff. I can tell the shifting is smoother now on my 12 mountain bike.

Of all the bike chain lubes I've used over the last 30 years, I love this one the best because it is super lite and doesn't attract dirt, thus making it easy to keep your drive train clean. But you need to reapply it often. for me its about once every three rides

The best for riding in central Az desert. If riding CX or MTB here.. you need to start your climb well above 100 degree temps. This summer even the evening rides were above 100, but even with this insane heat, sand, rocks and monsoon... I still find this is the best!
