Advantage
Made of 304 stainless steel features wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, rust resistance, and oxidation resistance. 304 stainless steel lock washers provide greater bolt tension for tighter installation and provide protection from loosening of vibration. Lock washers can be used with a standard washer to provide better effect.
Split lock washers are used with same-size screws, nuts, and bolts featuring tight connections to prevent the nut or bolt head from tearing through the material and providing a support surface for fasteners.
Instruction
Place the washer between the item to be fixed and the bolt, and tighten the bolt.

Wan too thin for an M8 bolt or but. The inner diameter is fine but the width of the lock washer itself is too thin
