I have ordered twice from this seller. I can't tell you how well made and beautiful these blinds are. The customer service is unmatched. They asked questions to make sure every detail was correct, and they turned out gorgeous. I plan to buy more.

I looked for bamboo shades like this for a long time. The product was easy to order, arrived in a good time frame, instructions were easy to understand, and the color of the shade is just as expected. I ordered the liner and that creates nice privacy for our bathroom. With all of these positives, the cord to open and shut the shade is cheap looking. It has 2 orange tone wooden pieces. Yuck. The string doesn't lay nicely either. The most annoying part is the top part of the shade that covers the hardware hangs crooked, with the left side gaping out of the interior part of the window. The right side hangs flat. These 2 problems make the whole shade look pretty janky. Unfortunately, they're custom sized, so I doubt I can return it. I do not recommend this product if you're wanting something clean, seamless, and trendy looking.

We purchased this shade for our master bedroom. The fit is on point and gives our room a nice boho look. It’s well crafted and the seller made sure to contact me to make sure and finalize measurements. Very professional. I highly recommend this seller and the product.

When it came to bamboo Roman shades- finding black bamboo turned out to be difficult. These were exactly what I was looking for. They fit the vibe of the house great, are high quality and black out the room when needed. The customer service is A+, they went above and beyond to make sure measurements were correct and I was happy with my order! My husband installed- it took him 20 minutes or so to install one. We love them- Highly recommend!!
