Fits 2000 yz250 perfectly. I thought I needed a slightly high pressure cap because I had coolant dripping from the overflow when the engine was hot. Turns out I just had a porosity hole in the custom machined head I was using. I may keep the cap on the bike or switch back to the stock cap, but either way this cap seems to be of high quality and fits well. If I don’t use it, it won’t be for any reason other than I really don’t need it. I’ll keep it as a spare.

This radiator cap did not fit my 2007 KTM 450 EXC. It was to big to go inside the radiator filler neck.I had to pay the return postage.
