The only customer service is through email so we couldn't call anyone for trouble shooting. We thought the unit was defective as we couldn't get the internet to read through it but eventually after like 10 hrs of troubleshooting hubby got it figured out.We got wifi all the way down a hill through a forest 450ft from the house! We want it for a security camera and the wifi reached- we will be mounting it even higher now that we know it works.To get the camera to link up- you have to plug it into the computer so you'll probably need an ethernet to whatever port you have connection.

This was very easy to assemble and install. Once it was installed it took a few minutes to get going but it definitely does the job. Get the Wi-Fi just a little bit further to the garage. Powerful enough I can stream any TV app in my garage. Great reception and very high speed

It works. Setup isn’t too difficult, but the range advertised, cut that in half. And I’ve got clear line of sight across my entire property.UPDATE:After the seller reached out and offered of troubleshooting, and help, I still couldn’t get the product to work. But they quickly made it right and offered me a full refund. I appreciate their help in trying to get the item to work, and the professional, quick response and refund.

I installed this unit to provide an internet connection for the surveillance system in my shop. It’s about 200’ from the main router at the house. The signal is good and the unit worked flawlessly for a couple weeks. A few days ago it went offline and I had to reset the unit. Since then I have had to reset it each day. Although it is on and I can access it and it indicates it is connected to the router, it will not allow a connection to the internet outgoing nor a connection to the surveillance DVR from the router side.Thanks to the excellent support I believe I have resolved my issues and the AP seems to be working well. The range and speed are great. Initially there was a intermittent issue in the unit but the seller graciously supplied a replacement and the new unit is functioning flawlessly. Setup is very easy although a few of the images in the manual are a bit hard to see due to the size. I highly recommend this unit.

Comes with a power cord but that doesn't work, you need a separate DC power supply that IS NOT INCLUDED and no where are the specifications for it so you have no luck trying to find what you need. Of course the return window closed a month after it was ordered and only today did I have time to install. Don't buy from Amazon stuff like this.

I got this for my yard because the connection was finnicky and not very good when I actually did get connection, but after installing this thing there were no problems at all. My connection was stable and things were loading as fast as if I were in the house.

This Wi-Fi access point is an excellent solution for extending coverage across my three-story house. The long range and dual-band capabilities provide consistent and reliable connectivity throughout all levels. A solid choice for large spaces!

This outdoor WiFi access point is good for normal range coverage. It is not an extended range device.Setup is really easy with this access point, and it supports regular AP mode, bridge mode, and a complete passthrough mode as well. The interface is straightforward, and you can access the admin interface via the WiFi itself which is good initially (but you can turn that off)You must use the included PoE adapter. There is no DC brick. The PoE adapter gets its power from a regular 120V plug (no brick on that end either for the PoE adapter, a plus)If you need normal range in an outdoor AP, this is a great model for the price. I was hoping for longer range, myself.It comes with everything you need for pretty much any install, including heavy zip ties, pole mount, screws, etc.If you need longer range, I recommend the WavLink AC1200, which can push a usable wifi signal 150 yards through dense trees and foliage.
