It worked ok. I attached to my seadoo female hose thread receiver and attempted to flush. The throughput was ok and it was more convenient. You can stop the flow until you slide the red piece to lock it. I wanted a faster flow, so I ended up going a different route.. But it worked as suggested. Less one star: I ran into a challenge that if you screw in the nipple end too far into the seadoo input you cannot open the valve to release the water because the red piece cannot slide far enough to open. The fix is just don't screw in the nipple piece all the way. But it might fall out so put some nylon tape on it before screwing it in.

This set fits both the input and output of my Yamaha 250 HP as well as the hose end. While the description states that it is made for a Yamaha motor, I really don't see much difference between this set and ones I've used for other generic applications as the motor connectors are the same size as a standard hose. Maybe there is something special in the build?In any case they do exactly what they are supposed to do. I would recommend being certain the parts are on snugly to avoid vibration of the motor loosening them. Also, you need to be mindful of the rubber washers to be sure they don't fall in the water or otherwise get lost.

Fit perfectly on my engine. The quick connect also works with the brass ones I already have on my hose. Makes flushing my engine much easier since I don't have to unscrew the hose anymore.
