I am using this currently in a Lynskey Carbon gravel fork for a Lynskey Titanium frame. The plug fits and expanded well inside the fork. The long length gives confidence. It tightens to 8Nm inside the fork.

Extremely important item to have and very safe. I recommend this length for safety. Especially in gravel and MTB bikes.But besides that. Shipping was super slow.

Long length is great, but would not tighten up in my Time carbon fork, even with carbon paste. The end pieces (black) look to be made of plastic. Had to use the shorter plug that Time included (still longer than usual) which had no plastic parts, and it tightened up fine.

Used this compression plug after shortening the steering tube on my road bike. The original Orbea plug was approximately 1.5” in length and this new plug added some needed support for the stem. Finished result came out perfectly. Good product.

Super happy with the Carbon steer tube plug. Great length, don't have to be concerned where stem mounts as the 8-9cm length creates a great base for stem interaction.
