I have a lot of gift bags with really crappy handles - from cheap ribbons to nylon braid handles. These are just perfect -- they make any gift bag look more luxurious and are easily swapped out to replace the not-so-great handles many bags come with. I consider the color fairly neutral -- very much like a gold or champagne color. Wish they came in a variety of colors but alas, the yellow seems to be all they have. Not sure how they would go with bright colorful children's type gift bags, but for the gift bags I buy -- they worked great!
