Replaced the T-stat and had a leak in-spite of following the OEM instructions etc. I added this gasket and it sealed it up perfectly. Very high quality metal with rubber center.

Had a leak at the thermostat, bought a new thermostat and housing, didn't fix the issue. Luckily I got this as well and added it in, it sealed up the system.
