My office computer chair needed long armrest covers and these worked well, as well as improving the look of worn armrests. However they are not padded as stated on amazon.

I bought two sets (not really realizing that there we’re actually two sets in one package). On one of my office chairs the cove works great and I actually double layered it due to past layering of tape and deep cracking. The arm rests on this chair are the stand alone type and swivel.Now the other office chair I have has the type of arm rest that is completely connected. There is not much of a lip for the sleeve to grip around so the sleeve sling-shots off every time I get up from my chair.

Armrests came apart. Was going to trash chair. Instead, rebandaged with duct tape, put these over the armrests, and now a great chair. Thanks!!

I bought these to cover a very scratchy and uncomfortable original fabric - I was getting carpet burns on my elbows, and not in a fun way. These didn't do much to alleviate that problem since they have their own variation of scratchiness. I did turn them inside out, which looks sloppy but is sorta gentler on the elbows. Ordered a different pair with real padding and a promised softer touch. Not recommended.

I like that fact that the armrests have elastic and can mold to the size of my armrests on my office chair. They are just what was needed as my armrests were wearing out, but the rest of the chair is fine. I also appreciate that you can wash them if needed.
