They are metal! The silicone inserts make them easy to fit properly by dipping them in hot water for 15 seconds. I had to adjust them a few times to get the fit to be right.The thing I didn't realize was the canine teeth are longer to make it look like vampire teeth. I wanted straight teeth, but since halloween is coming up, it's fine.Pretty well made but they are thick with the silicone inserts so don't think they'll be like your own teeth.

I have a dentist appointment coming up. Over the years 20+ I've surprised him with some crazy looks.Including wigs, and hillbilly teeth. These may rank as the most exciting grill of the bunch.

What a pain!! Bought for my son to use for a Halloween costume & after 25 mins, and yes the adhesive melted but stuck to NOTHING !! We finally threw them away !!Total waste of money !! And upset kiddo .. not a good time !!
