These side reins are thick and give a wide variety of lengths hole wise. My mare broke her last set in a freakout but she is improving her topline immensely in these. They dont give like the ones with rubber or elastic so she quit pulling on them and now her head is way lower than in the pic (that was just the 2nd time she used them and had given in to dropping her head a little)

Love them. All leather. My 2nd pair. No elastic for the horses to pull through! Nicely built!
