It came in a nice case with a stethoscope which surprised me. It is easy to read but you can't really know the accuracy of it. It is as good as the user.

I ordered this to care for an elderly person who was so tiny adult bp cuffs just slide off their arms. It was great quality device and must have for a home healthcare kit.

This set of NOVAMEDIC Professional Pediatric Size Blood Pressure Machine and Stethoscope Set (Blue) includes a basic stethoscope and a sphygmomanometer. It comes with the tubing separated so you will need to twist them together which was a bit challenging for me because I feel like I wasn't strong enough to push it all the way in. The set works well, and the size is just right for my kids as young as 2 years old. The auscultation sounds pretty clear considering the price and quality of the set, so I'm really pleasantly surprised. It's only $17, so I recommend this set for anyone starting out learning pediatric nursing or even for moms with small kids and have knowledge of its use.
