Great net, but it's the exact same net as the aventik nets on Amazon that are half the price. I have both and they are identical. I will say the fishpond graphics look cooler, but not$100 cooler. Either way you go, order an end cap to turn it into a wading staff. It fits on both the fishpond and adventik because the are the same net.

Really like this Net! Works well for that long reach when fly fishing fast streams and rivers for large browns, rainbows or silvers.Seems to be pretty durable , but haven't had it that long to determine the longevity of the netting.

Received great service on my recent order of a Fish Pond landing net which was received in good condition. Looking forward to be using this new net in my new 2 man Flycraft drift boat. The length of the net makes it usable both wading, but more importantly, gives that added length to land and safely release a fish from the raft.

First one, one side of rim was cracked completely through and had a gouge in the handle. Second package or replacement package rather, has blemishes and small hairline Crack in the groove of the internal rim. Not trying to be a hater, I'm satisfied, but somewhere between design and delivery someone lacks motivation and initiative. Neither of the two packages first or second had protective packaging inside the box. And don't say it was to save trees because my two small children, 8&3, were swimming in the box. I will say, all in all it's a great product and great design. Love the camo and perfect fit for my needs.

Fishpond makes the best nets out there. The mid length that I have two of is perfect for small boat fishing or wading and if you get the rubber end cap it can even double as a wading staff! The rubberized basket is great on fish and keeps hooks from getting stuck, the basket is large enough for the large (18-30”) trout we catch, the net floats like a cork, and it comes in some great colors! It is spendy but should last a lifetime!! I’ll never buy another make of fishing net.

Fishpond makes the best fishing nets in the marketplace! Not only are the nets lightweight because they are made out of carbon fiber, but they are also highly durable because of the outer layer of woven DuPontTM Kevlar® fiber. The mid-length net is perfect for shore fishing or boat fishing! The net also has a ruler on the handle to measure your catch! The net is not cheap, so the price you pay is the price you get. If you want a more affordable net that is bulky, heavy and breaks your back, then this is not the net for you. If you want a net that provides exceptional fishing performance, is highly durable, and is super lightweight, then this is the net for you. I highly recommend this net to ALL fishermen! Hands down, the River Armor Series nets are the best!

This is a high quality net. Checks all the boxes. Feels good in hand, right length for the pack I use, I like that length net and the shape. It also looks rad. Nothing bad to say about it other than it had me eating wonder bread and cheese sandwiches for a few weeks. Worth it? Depends on your priorities but I like it
