My younger kiddos like making bracelets with their pony beads. My youngest was using pipecleaners to thread the beads onto, making it easier for her to keep the beads on there as she was learning the skill. However, they would use the hole pipecleaner, so the bracelets would turn out quite large. I got this board to help them with properly sizing their bracelets, as well as helping them plan out what beads they want to use. This bamboo board is great quality! Now I need one for necklace!

This is Super Neat!!! Now I can lay out a bead design and get the length PERFECT for any wrist size!!! My daughter will probably use it more than me as she makes "Friendship Bracelets" for gymnastics competition to share with members of other teams she competes with. Using this bead board, she can make the exact size of bracelet for smaller kids wrists without using too many beads and having loose bracelets. Snug but not too tight is the key for making stretch bracelets!!! This is a very nice accessory for maintaining consistent sizing, layout & design.

If you make any kind of bracelets or anklets - you’ll be so thankful to have this!!! It really helps to be able to lay out the design based on the size of item I’m making and this hasn’t kept a great range of sizes from children’s wrist to plus size women’s. Honestly I don’t know why I didn’t get one of these much sooner!! And this is not that much more expensive than the flimsy, plastic, felt-covered ones that I had previously tried but always arrived damaged. This is a little heavier to throw on my bag of jewelry making supplies, but it’s not too heavy. There are larger ones that have even more sizes, but this covered all the ones I usually make and it’s easy to transport bc it does fit in all my bags and larger containers. If you’re considering this, just buy it. You won’t be sorry!

Perfect for bracelet making and keychain bead organizing. I usually find these all over the stores but I never got any because they are made of a thin plastic and velvet surface which is fine but I never got any because of the price, well as soon as I saw this board and noticed it was made of bamboo I immediately had to order. Its a great deal for your buck and made to be more durable and long lasting with the bamboo.You use it to build your designs and play around with your beads for great creations.

This Noavaol bead board replaced an old plastic one that finally gave up the ghost. I'm sure this one will last much longer as it is made of sturdy bamboo and is very smooth. The measurement markings on the board are engraved into the bamboo and tinted as well, so they are quite legible. This board accommodates standard sized beads up to approximately 10mm, and each slot has a handy bead well. Anything over 10mm rides along the edges of the grooves, but that doesn't seem to be a problem. You can even use it for irregular shaped beads, like leaves or cubes. I'm a bit of a novice when it comes to beading, but my daughter who has been beading for years, tells me that it's very handy for bracelets but not so much necklaces as the slots on the bottom are only 10.5 inches long. Our old bead board had a very long U-shaped slot that wrapped around the bracelet slots, making it very versatile. My daughter also suggested taking out the 5" and 5.5" slots as they are not widely used and maybe adding an 8.5" one instead. For only about $8, though, this bead board works great for bracelets, but if you also want to craft necklaces, I suggest checking out the other bead boards on Noavaol's Amazon store. For about $17 - $18, you can get one that's much more versatile.

Making bracelets has always been difficult for me. I never know exactly how many beads and charms to use for the different lengths. What I wanted to do is a way to figure out how many the beads and charms to use so a bracelet looks perfect.The bead boards for jewelry making is definitely a creative idea. With different sizes of bracelets available, the board allows you to place the beads into the groove. It allows you to figure out how many beads and charms you need for a particular size bracelet. Once you fill out the grooves on the board, you can see how the bracelet might look and then easily create the bracelet using the wire. One minor thing that is important to mention is the board is extremely fragile and after using it a few times it has already broken in half and I had to tape it.

I have a flimsy bracelet board and decided that it was time to upgrade to this nice bamboo board.This is a beautiful piece of bamboo. My only complaint is that the numbers aren't tinted the same across the entire board. I'll fix this with a marker, but I shouldn't need to do that. It's like the printing wasn't done evenly and there was no quality control. I think you can see it in the snapshot.Other than that, this board should last a lifetime, and at $8, it's a great deal.

I have a bracelet beading board but it only had 2 different sizes for bracelets, then I saw this and ordered it.I am well pleased with the construction of this board. Many wood items say they are bamboo and one can tell they are by the smell, but this one has an extra design that gives the proof without smelling it, although bamboo smells uniquely good to me.This bamboo bracelet board is made with 1/4" (inch) trimmed bamboo and what looks like they have been glued together but more like melted together as there are no hairline crevasses. Every piece has been formed together as if it were one piece. Now how can I tell? You can see the sheath scar at each section where the bamboo connects, they have been left with the bamboo strips. It is quite unique, to me.The other thing I liked about it is that is has 8 different circle sizes for the various bracelet sizes.I highly recommend this bamboo bracelet board for its fine workmanship and quality.
