I was looking for a small vintage looking clock for a specific shelf in my living room. This one is adorable however, the yellow is in fact a mustard yellow color. I asked a question before buying about whether the color was actually yellow or yellow gold and I got both answers which was not very helpful. So I’m here to tell you it is in fact a matte mustard yellow. Not at all gold. If you are looking for a metallic yellow gold color, this is not it. I was kind of looking for that vintage metallic gold color so I was a little disappointed but I kept the clock because I still like the look of it on my shelf. But for such a small clock, I did think it was a bit on the pricey side. But keeps time accurately which is also a plus.

It's mustard yellow, not gold. I had to paint it gold to match with my decor.

This clock is a lovely addition to my desktop. It is charming in its vintage design and easy to read at a glance. The only thing I would recommend is *be sure to use carbon zinc AA batteries*, NOT plain AA batteries. I tried running it on regular batteries, and it didn't work for very long. I have had no trouble after putting in carbon zinc batteries. Et plus grand que je ne l'imaginais.Une étoile en moins car cela aurait ete sympa de mettre une attache pour la fixer au mur.Sinon le pied est très bien.
