I’ve had several of these nets & here’s the truth. Their light weight so don’t expect to be netting shad etc that are in much deeper than around 8 foot. It throws alright (not the best), it sinks slow, its durability is so so. Just an all around mediocre-ish net. NOW, I fish about 5 different states, that have different laws on diameter/mesh sizes of cast nets you can use so need multiple nets. Over last 3 years I have bought multiple sizes, multiple replacements when they fall apart, and STILL I am WAY below what a couple quality nets would have cost me. I fish freshwater rivers (snaggy) and can handle 2-4 cast nets destroyed a year at 30 dollars each but I can’t at 300 dollars each. If you can afford it then yes, I agree, they are much better. If you’re on a tight budget then these nets will get it done. Strictly a price point purchase.

This is a really good net. We accidentally caught a Gar fish in the net and it didn’t destroy or shred the netting as you would expect it to.. it only made a very small tear but did not affect the use of the net afterwards. I recommend this one!

Horrendous quality... If you can even say quality. You'll basically be paying for the bait keeper... Which isn't anything to brag about. Save up another 20 bucks and buy a drasry, it is light-years above this one in every way. This one was not true mesh size as advertised, ripped holes in the surf and VERY light grass, and the lead line would get tangled in the mesh because the weights were smaller than the mesh (not supposed to be). Also, the rope would tangle very badly and it would almost float.All of these problems are a $20 more fix with a drasry net.Don't go through unnecessary heartache with this junk.

Weights are not very heavy, sinks slowly, mesh size is too large for smaller baitfish. States that it is 3/8” mesh but the holes are definitely larger than that. Will work for larger fish, but if you need it to sink fast or catch smaller fish it will not work.

I have used this a handful of times it is light weight which makes it easy to throw. Problem is it is very flimsy and makes it hard to set up to throw it tangles really easy. It has held up to getting caught so it is sturdy as far as the strength of the material used. For the money I would buy it again. The little fish trap is just worthless though not well made and very small.

This net is horrible. Draw lines have huge gag ends that snag the netting. The strength of the netting is poor, tore with ease. By far worst bet I have purchased. Which is a shame as I use them a lot and by many a year.

Es de buen tamaño es lijera pero tienes que tener cuidado al recojerla porque es un poco mas delgada de lo que me gustaria esta el riesgo de romperla si jalas demasiado fuerte pero hasta este momento no me quejo ya atrape varias mojarras y carpas de buen tamaño con ella
