I purchased this neck pillow for my neck. This one is perfect. I bought two more today for other family members. It holds my neck and when I’m not using it returns to the firm neck pillow it was. Excellent product. My neck pain is gone and I sleep well now. Definitely recommend.

This is the best thing since sliced bread!Got the firm neck pillow, and it's perfect for resting my head and neck!!I've tried a few other neck pillows but never could find one that suited me.This is the one.

Zero stars if I could for this pillow. The pillow came not once but twice and remained flat. For some reason it just never got its form and after reaching out to Nestl they told me they can get air pockets in them which damage them. Two for two really?? Stop selling this!!! Too many other options out here but Amazon was amazing at helping me with the refund. I definitely would not buy this

I purchased the firm pillow and was a little skeptical at first that it would actually expand. I did read in another review that it took time so I waited 24 hours and it remained the same, squashed size - the two photos show what it looked like right when I took it out of the box and unrolled it. When it didn't show any signs of expanding after 36 hours, I hopped on to Amazon to start the return process and then suddenly, BOOP! it was fully inflated! I don't use it for neck support but, as I am a stomach sleeper, I hug it at night to keep my arm and shoulder from curling inward and it works just as I need it to. I really like the soft, cooling fabric and the firmness of it is just right.

It’s a nice pillow, but not soft enough for me and gave me pain. I’m very tiny, so need something with a bit more give. Kept to use against my back when side sleeping, but will need something softer for my neck.

I use for neck support and to relieve pain from neck and upper back area. It works! I have bought every pillow from homeopathic to bounce a bowling ball off to Mr. Pillow (bad) and this is the first to relieve pain. I usually have to use freeze roll on med but not now!!!

This pillow springs right back into shape no matter how much you lay on it or scrunch it up, apart from a neck roll it’s great for side sleeping and having something to rest my forearm on so my chest doesn’t feel like it’s caving in. The cover is nice and comfy and keeps cool. Love it.
