These are the most comfortable pants i ow. There are so many pockets for everything and they hardly look like scrub pants except for the pockets. The material is a nice quality and water resistant and easy to clean overall. Tru to size and a flattering fit. They are not see through and are a great value for the price!

I ordered an XL which should match my waist size. And it does. My issue is that the inseam is like 38 inches also. They literally can be pulled up to near my nipples. Which is a bit uncomfortable. If I wear them at a more normal waist position they are almost 6 inches too long and need to be rolled up. Other than that, they are comfortable and breathe well. I use them for painting walls and doing other dirty chores around the house and they've held up well. The pockets could be a bit deeper to make them hold a phone more securely.

There's no way this fits a women large sized. The waist is fine, it's the fact that the legs are way too baggy and big that they flap around whenever you move even a bit. The pockets are useful sure but with how big it is, everything inside just moves around a lot and it gets annoying. It's pretty comfortable all things considered but I can't actually use this for any kind of active work because it's just way too baggy for me. Ymmv but be warned you may actually need to size down.

The picture didn't turn out very well but I just wanted you to see how big the mediums are. I am 5'6 120 lb and normally wear a small but I ordered a medium because I wanted them to fit over my clothes and they do. They're made very well will probably last and I'm very happy with them.
