30 min installation. Make sure you read the instructions before or call tech support. I have a faulty T harness and they replaced it… also their customer support was great fixing my issue.

I bought this for my 2011 mustang gt with manual transmission, yes you read correctly, MANUAL TRANSMISSION. This was an EASY install. I only spliced into 2 wires on my data port under the drivers side kick panel. The kit says auto but it works on both. Yes its kinda unsafe putting on a manual, but i dont park my car in gear, i leave it in neutral with E brake on. No silly sequence before you get out of your car. This was so easy. Easiest ive ever installed. Follow the websites instructions n your goog to go. Good luck.

Ended up having to take it to a local shop for installation. I was unable to get the collar off my steering wheel. They got it put on in about an hour and a half. Works perfectly.

first of all, it took them months to get back with me after it wouldn't work. turns out it was a faulty part on their side. then when it did work now my car won't start with my key and has left me stranded. It has made it so my car is always on and won't turn off unless u disconnect their system and it won't start with the key. after presenting them with the problems they said id have to take it to ford pay them 400 plus dollars and then they wouldn't refund me. They also would not take their system back without charging me a 25 percent restocking fee which is absurd after they already cost me 400 dollars. the dealership said it was their part and they still did nothing. worse company ever it has been a year since I bought this and 8 months since it has been working due to their support and it still makes me mad how I cannot start my car which is 2014 with 30,000 miles. all in all the company sucks.

Ok so I bought this for my sister for Christmas and I have to say it took me about a week to install. Ok here are the details to help others. I was installing this into a 2012 v6 Mustang. OK now read this carefully. You must have two keys and they have to have two different programs so it cannot be a clone key. Now if you have only one key please do not go to the ford place and pay like 300 dollars. Buy a key on amazon and have it cut and programmed by a locksmith. BUT WAIT THERES MORE. Ok now before you try programming the keys make sure you do not have more than 8 keys programmed into the car because if you have more than 8 keys programmed into the car then the remote start will not program. To get the keys cleared you can talk to the Locksmith and he can clear your keys and reprogram they keys that you have. So at the end of the whole thing, you should have a total of three keys. 1. Your first key 2. The new key you had cut or already had 3. The remote start. Hopefully, this helps lol because I wish I had this before I started.

This kit while being relatively easy to install compared to other remote start kits you do need a little knowledge of vehicular electronics. But their tech support was second to none they did a great job supporting their product!

First of shipping was very fast it came in in two days. This kit is awesome for a clean and factory result. It took me about 45 min to install it is all plug and play you only need to splice 2 wires into the obd port .Just follow instructions step by step it seems like alot of steps but there's really only like 5

I've only had it on maby a couple weeks now but I've used it over 20 times and it works great.I can start my car from across my house. You still need to put the key in the ignition so, nobody will just drive off with your car*say if you turn it on for a sec to warm it up or whatever*Install wasent bad on a 2010 Mustang. Two spliced wires and the rest plug n play.they didn't have my *cheat sheet* because of a computer crash or something so ,I had to email them but the I.T was alot of help, and it was fast.
