The device worked well the first time. I removed all of the blue coating first like other reviewers recommended. There was a slight burning smell from first use, and the next time it did not heat up even though the timer started. I received it 32 days ago, and since it was not within the 30 day window, they will not refund/allow a return or replace the item for me.

It does the job. It does what it's supposed to do. If you get the pouches that the instruments go in to put in there then that's a little bit better cuz you don't have to worry about the instrument being super hot to take it out so there you go
