Used on a 1 ton mini excavator. It works well for the rain, but it does not handle the wind very well. It would be much better if it had loops /rings along the bottom, so you could bungy cord it tight. Overall, I don't think it was worth the $90 price tag. But there are not many other options on the market.

Good material. Has soft lining. Fits the mini excavator well. I think the straps and buckles could be a little bigger. Overall decent product.

Protecting your equipment is a no-brainer. The directions tell you to wash the scratchy dirt off of your mini excavator before putting the cover on, otherwise you are creating a piece of sandpaper scrubbing the painted surface. There is a zippered driver door panel so you can access your excavator without having to remove the entire cover. The surface is coated for maximum protection. It is pure black which of course creates hazardous conditions in the pitch black of night, so they have reflective strips. I have not installed it yet, but you will need to retract the arm in order for it to fit. A small investment yielding a good return.

I use this cover for my mini and for my 2 ton Takeuchi. When it’s on my bigger one it doesn’t cover the whole arm, but you can see from the pictures it is pretty big and still will cover the majority.I like that there is almost like an insulation blanket material on the inside of the cover. Makes it feel like it will last a long time, and really help block the elements. It’s been waterproof so far, no problems with leaking. The very first time I opened it, it took me forever to find the “front” tag on the side that the instructions talked about. But once you use it once you will get the idea of how it’s supposed to go on.Easy peasy

I recently picked up a cheap chinese excavator (AGT WH12) to do some grading work around my property and also for clearing trees. I don't have a covered space for it yet to keep it out of the elements but this cover works perfectly in the meantime. The interior of the cover has a felt/cotton padding which really helps protecting the paint when the cover is flapping against it from wind. The fit was perfect for my 1-ton mini excavator. My only complaint is that the material feels a little thin, so I don't know how well this will hold up over time. My sun shade is made out of metal and the corners are somewhat sharp so I may have to add some padding to those areas to prevent the cover from getting ripped. Also, the material feels similar to the all BBQ grill covers I've bought in the past which usually deteriorates after a few months sitting out in the sun. I will update this review if this cover does the same thing.

Overall, this cover is just what I needed. It fits my AGT QH12 mini-excavator just perfectly for the most part. It's a bit loose, but since it's a universal cover, this is understandable. The material seems decent enough. It's hard to predict how long these things will last over time, but it feels like it'll make it at least a few years. I wouldn't expect 10 years out of it though if my barbecue cover experience is comparable. The zipper is very helpful if nothing else but to help get the cover on. I've tried other covers without the zipper and it's a lot harder. The single strap is probably my biggest complaint. I really feel like there should be more holding the cover secure. Specifically at the rear of the excavator. If it blows off in a storm, I'll try to update. Another thing that is minor, but annoying is the fuzzy inside of the cover likes to come off on your clothes. I was covered in white fuzz after installing it. Still, I'd much rather have this cover than nothing or trying to make a tarp work.
