I have fixed a lot of tubes in my mower business, and I am able to reuse them by putting new valve stems in them.

These are nearly impossible to find locally, all the places would rather sell you the whole tube. That makes sense if it's a small tube, but if the tube is for a tire that's as tall as you then it's way cheaper to replace the stem.

Worked very well make shore to put tire tube glue on both the tube and stem and let sit a day or 2

These are quite expensive, but probably worth it when you are no where near a tire shop, but have your tire tools with you and need to fix a tube stem. Thankfully, I have not had to install one of these yet, but I am ready when that disaster strikes.
