Great price but the box was destroyed and taped back together and sent in that. This was a gift so it was hard to find something to wrap it in.

Hello, I bought This item for my husband and he was really excited for it to come in the mail, it took 2 weeks to deliver it to us, just to find that they sent us some vitamins... We could have just cancelled the order and ask for a refund but he really wanted the controller so we returned the vitamins and asked for the controller, it took like another 2 weeks for the controller to come just to find that it doesn't work and it disconnects to much. We returned the controller since the begining or mid-october amd we haven't received any refund... Product design looks well and the price was good but really slow and bad service... And not a good product... I wish I could write a positive review
