Defective Item, Very Poor Quality - No Refund OptionI am incredibly disappointed with this karaoke microphone. Right out of the box, it became evident that the product is of very poor quality. The speaker emits a constant vibrating sound that distorts the music, making it unbearable to listen to. Additionally, the microphone only captures sound effectively from a small area directly in front of it, severely limiting its usability.What's more infuriating is the customer service experience. When I tried to address these issues, I was instructed by Ms. Sandra to call again to speak with another department. However, upon calling back the same number, I received a message stating "incoming call not available on this number." This level of service is completely unacceptable and has left me with a defective product and no viable solution.What's more frustrating is the extremely low volume output even at maximum settings, making it nearly impossible to enjoy singing along or listening to music, especially at a party.To make matters worse, the seller offers no refund option and only allows for a replacement with the same item. Given the evident poor quality of this microphone, it's clear that a replacement would likely suffer from the same issues.I strongly advise against purchasing this product. It has not only failed to meet basic expectations but also comes with a disappointing return policy that doesn't account for its obvious flaws.

My son has so much fun with this microphone that I always buy this for kid's birthdays. The lights are cool when you are singing karaoke in the dark. You can also change the sound of your voice while singing.... its' pretty hilarious!

My boys 7 n 10 love these microphones. The voice changer on it is hilarious and the battery charge lasts a long time, days. 2nd time I've purchased as my son broke his, his fault he dropped on concrete. But definitely recommend!

I was skeptical when I purchased this item for my fiancé’s grandson. When the child opened the package and pulled it out, he went crazy! It was his third birthday so his mom I had to give him a little hint on what to do with it, but he was just excited that it lit up and was red‼️ Now he loves hearing his voice sound funny.I don’t know how long it will survive a three year old boy that lives in the country, but I’m willing to buy it again, if it breaks!

Bought for my son for Christmas so I tested it out it looks a bit cheap but for kids it’s perfect, the voice change is awesome and super fun it also has volume buttons and built in auto tune it’s super cute and I know my son is gonna love it my only thing was it came in a pink mic box and it made me nervous he won’t care but it was a bit confusing lol Also I got the blue mic I would recommend it!

I gave this last Christmas 2020and reordered for 2021 as gift for my great grandchildren 4 yrs old also a niece fir her birthday. And?again for neighbors children 5 urs old. Motgets all called and said kids had a ball but laughing called me to say. Could you not find something these children oldest 6 youngest 3. That we hid after the battery needed to be charged. Reminded them that is what grandmother great grandmotgers?do. Was done to us when our children were young so vowed when I was?able I would return favor to my children's children. The kids had a ball. And I got a call lol saying could you have sent something like this. My reply was done to me. I tried to find drums but thought would spare them . It is a nice gift children enjoy all that I have sent. Mom said going to recharge when they could play with them outside. But a nice gift fir a young child. I would assume older children would enjoy. I have ordered different one but they have all done a great jobs and kids even called my alexa to say from the youngest who was 3 Saud Grammy these are so much fun. They can all tell alexa drip in on gram. Not old enough to have ozone but alexa is a good phone with the drop on feature. Have given echo show and alexa. The smaller kids love to say alexa?drop in on our gram then tgey priced to show me how this microphone is so much fun.
