I use this vest beneath my 3 mm wetsuit and overall it keeps me a bit warmer, although a little more buoyant. I bought a Medium and Large. I kept the Medium since it fit tighter to me. It did slightly loosen over time, which was good. This allows for great movement and doesn't restrict my breath much at all.

The Sharkskin is a great way to enhance one's protection from a chill. It is neutrally buoyant, and can be worn underneath a conventional wetsuit or by itself. Great design, very comfortable, and it is a great way to keep that core temperature in the healthy range. After viewing the sizing chart, I measured myself twice for the fit, and I recommend going up one size.

Well made. Insulating. Can be used as either a cut off shirt for diving or as extra insulation under a wetsuit.

In order to test it, I swan 3500 yards wearing it.
