I bought the mens shirt because I am a large woman. The tapered female shirts are uncomfortable to me. All I needed to do was fold the sleeves up to make a cuff and it fit perfectly. Love the color. I ordered the XL and had some room.

They are light weight and they kinda bigger than i thought but i order a size up because most chef jackets run small but, these don’t.

Bought my partner a size larger than he wears - thinking that it might come smaller but even after a wash it was still big . So I ordered him his regular size and it fits him perfectly . It’s lightweight - material doesn’t feel too heavy and its pretty good throughout a busy rush . You dont get too hot in it and he says it’s breathable . Hope this helps !
