I'm a women with a wrist size of 7 .0 inches. This is the only bracelet I've found so far that is adjustable and is easy to get on and off. I'm using the 3rd notch from the end. I measured the bracelet to the last notch and the maximum length is approximately 7.75 inches. So, the comments about the bracelet being short for men is true. I do like the style and look of the bracelet and it's comfortable.

4 stars for season belowI love this Medical Bracelet with 1 exception! The 2 metal pieces that hold excess band slides and does NOT stay in place!! I am now using a Small rubber band to keep them in place. NOT very attractive for a good looking Medical Bracelet 😞

My wrist is 8.5” so I ordered this one since the description said it fits up 9”. That would be perfect and give me just a bit of play.Once the bracelet arrived I put it on and it is too small. The total overall length of the bracelet is 9” when laid out flat. That includes the buckle and the 1/2” of the eyelet side of the band.This may fit if you have an 8” or smaller wrist, but 8.5” and up it’s just too tight.As for the rest of the product, it’s nice and heavy, feels very well made and looks very good. Too bad the bracelet is too small.

So far I think it's perfect. Fits nicely on my wrist. I measured it because I thought on 1st sight it appeared small, but it was just over 9" and since I don't have big wrists it was actually perfect for me. I have been shaking my arm to see if it wiggles lose, but so far no complaints. I am very happy with the product. 😊Value for Money seems ok, feels and looks very durable, so far no slippage. Clasp seems good.Update: as others previously reported, it will somehow find it's way off your wrist. Although I have only experienced it once ao far and it was while I was sleeping. With normal daily wear so far no issues.If I have any problem after wearing it for a while, I'll update the review and describe any issues if there are any.

Small for a normal size man but it would be okay for a small man or woman.

The loops or keepers don’t stay in place to hold down the strap.
