The way it appeared we expected a strong product. It's flemsy. It works great. The tubing is a great add on. It was easy to install and looks great with our new faucet.For the price I suppose we got we paid for. And we like it. Just expected a stronger construction!

I love this dispenser and got it to go with my faucet that I also got here. I love it! it's classy and keeps from getting water stains on it. It pairs perfectly with my faucet and I highly recommend it

Even though there's a non-reversing flow valve, my thickish hand soap finds its way back to the bottle and I often have to pump repeatedly to get any soap out. By comparison my old traditional bottle-threaded-under-the-sink never had that problem. One pump and I had soap. Not this bad boy; I wash my hands and use this thing multiple times a day and sometimes pump at least 10 times fast and hard to get a squirt. The short travel of the pump head means more pumps needed and not a lot of soap dispensed even when it does actually pump. Then other times it works first pump, but not always. I'm deciding whether to send it back. It installed easily and quickly. It looks great and fits well, even though I don't like that it's plastic. I have missed the return deadline so I'm stuck with it. I hope it doesn't get worse or I'll yank the thing and try something else. At this point I would NOT recommend this product UNLESS you use thicker hand soap than maybe I do.

It works very well. Comes with plenty of hose to help with locating under sink, where you want to place you soap bottle. Finish matches my faucet perfectly. Only thing I would change is possible, is I would prefer is it have been designed with more metal in the design for possible long term durability.

By far one of my favorite purchases this year. Very easy to install. The only process that took the longest was the pumps to get the air out of the line and the soap to the pump. I am not even complaining at all! Overall I have been using it for months and not a have not had a single problem. I used to check that little soap dispenser every few weeks. So much better when it lasts months now, one less to do on my list.

This pump is so easy to install and use. It’s plastic and feels slightly delicate so I warned the brut’s in my family about that. My family won’t use the dish soap to wash their hands now because the bottle isn’t towering over the hand soap. It easily pumps soap, not too much, not too little, it’s just the right amount. Only warning is that it’s pumps so well, keep your sponge a couple inches away so the soap doesn’t ricochet back at you! Totally worth my money!

I can’t give a full review until this gets installed, but I can say I searched for days to find one that didn’t have that long tiny neck. This one seems sturdy and the neck is nice and wide which in my opinion looks better. I am excited to try this on a large bottle of soap as I hated having to fill up my old one all the time it was messy and a little difficult for me to get the soap into the bottle.Very happy with the looks of this oneMake sure the middle piece is in the correct directionI had a problem mine wasn’t working I was getting upset thinking this was garbage, but after reading reviews on this matter it works wonderfully!!! I love itIt does take awhile to get it going I read after the fact that if you put your finger over the hole of the dispenser it’ll get primed quickerI’d try it in water first to make sure that middle piece is installed in the correct direction first so you’ll have no doubts
