Works like a charm. The trick seems to be to only cut the insulation of the wire. If you cut too deep through the mantle into the “copper” core, it might be difficult to separate, i.e., rather than 1 long strand it’ll be clumps of metal. The designated handle, to operate manually, has a set screw but the thread portion in the handle was obliterated for some reason. I used my cordless drill which worked fantastic.

This wire stripper is very smooth and super easy to adjust. I’m very happy with it for all the different wires that I’ve stripped. Mounting it to a table or something really helps a lot, and being able to adjust where the handle sits really helped me not hit my fingers every time I tried to turn it. The quality is really nice. I’m very happy with this purchase. And it was super easy to put together. It stripped the wire easily and for the money, definitely worth it.
