I have timed it. Took only 3 minutes to boil. Comes with a Piezo too! (I bought a separate piezo JIC.) It has its own carrying case that prevents scratching other items in the backpack or the backpack itself. Winner! PocketRocket2 doesn’t have either piezo or a carrying case, but costs twice as much!Love this little stove!

Used with a propane canister and adapter to boil water for coffee while camping.Balanced the pot decently, but still felt a bit precarious perched above a 1L propane can.Got quite hot below the heating surface (connector area) even on the lowest gas setting.Minor adjustments possible to gas flow valve. Starting spark did not work after first use (likely due to overheating). Can't seem to find a battery compartment to try to replace/repair.I recommend using with Butane as intended to truly get value from the device.

It’s not “name brand”, but I cannot find a single fault in workmanship nor a design oversight in comparison to stoves costing four times as much.

Don't let the size fool you. I've had time to try this pocket size burner out. It works excellent for boiling water, 1-2 meals including breakfast. I keep this one in my "get home bag," with a can of gel fuel. Don't under estimate this little charm.

This is the cheapest pocket stove I have ever come by and I wasn’t expecting much if I am being honest. However, when I started to use it I was blown away with how efficient it is. It even has its own ignitor switch so no need to carry a lighter with you to use it. The only thing keeping it from five stars is that it is a little bit flimsy, but hey what do you expect for this price range?

I took this camping and in a backpacking trip. It is perfect for a pot or pan from a mess kit. It's small and lightweight. The flame is adjustable and stands up to wind. Awesome for the price!

Because the burner is so concentrated, it will not work well for general cooking (unless you want a half raw, half crispy egg). If you have a thick bottom pan, then he heat may distribute properly.

I purchased this unit to test against my Ohuhu Rocket Style stove.Pros:- Integrated Ignitor- Temperature control- Light Weight- Plastic Carrying Case- Usable in almost any climate- InexpensiveCons:- Does not fit Propane Canisters (Without adapter)- Does not stand on ground by itselfSo I purchased this to test out as my beloved Ohuhu does not allow for temperature controlled cooking that is necessary for some meals. This unit is light weight, but seems to be quite solid. Very small at about 3 inches tall .. The stove has a built in piezo ignitor which worked out of the box without any issues. There really is not too much to this stove. Slide the pot stands arms into place and once you have it connected to a fuel source. Open the fuel control valve and hit the ignitor and you have fire. You can control the flame with the adjustable control valve on the side of the unit. You can boil water in about 7 minutes or cook to a simmer if needed.A small but very versatile stove for under $20. I would have preferred if it was also versatile enough to sit on the ground as opposed to only on the fuel source. But for the price it does what it claims.

The portability and convenience plus the cost of this will make me continue to buy this particular brand time and time again. It performed flawlessly and built with great quality.Works perfectly and has a good rand of temperature adjustment to boil water quickly in order to get that first needed cup of coffee. It’s super lightweight, packs up small and only requires screwing onto a fuel canister. This brand MalloMe is stepping up their game with high quality products!
