I'm not a huge fan of the design but it's easy enough to change out drives and I do so a fair amount. Feels a little flimsy but it's ok. It's fast but gets quite hot when in heavy usage.

While the body of the drive case is a nice aluminum construction, the end cap which is both the latch, and the drive retention device is a tiny nub of plastic which broke the first time I slide the cover off. Once I installed the drive there is no screw to secure the drive just a rubber pressure fit plug, but at least it functioned in the computer and allowed it to recognize the drive so I could initialize it.
