I've owned quite a few turkey vests in my 30 years of turkey hunting. This vest is as good as any of them. It has a place in the backpack portion for a water bladder. I'll probably just use that space for a drink and a snack. It's very light and quiet. The material is soft as well. The seat is thick and looks comfortable but I probably won't use it much. Last but not least, it's as close to subalpine camo as you can get without buying the real thing (see photo). With the high prices of hunting equipment these days it's a good buy.

I really love the vest. It worked this season. I’m 260 lbs so the cushion wasn’t the best. But if you’re lighter I’m sure it will be fine.

Despite other reviews stating there’s no pocket for box call that’s untrue. The lower left pocket (if wearing) fits a box call. You to have to orientate the box right side up or upside down so the flap goes over and elastic strap reaches. Even has a elastic piece to cinch the box call down in the pocket to reduce accidental calls. I will admit I was confused on the seat and how to position it upward when walking but realized all you have to do is put the vest on, then flip the seat and it stays up which is nice because then all you have to do is flip it down when you want to sit which is critical in a moment where time matters. No buckles to undo. The only thing I can really find wrong is the slate call pocket is lower R side and has no zipper, and it’s far from where the striker is stored which is upper left chest. I wish the 2 mesh pockets on upper left chest were just a hate bigger to fit a slate or crystal call.. that would make this vest amazing, but it’s already pretty darn amazing for this price point. Plus it matches my Sitka gear almost to a tee. Ordered a hydration bladder to go along with it which will be a nice addition. Have had multiple turkey vests. This is the one. I almost want to order another just to have in case they discontinue them.

This vest is absolutely perfect for turkey hunting in states where you can't stalk the turkey. The pockets are spacious and there's plenty of them. The cushion hangs out of the way and really comes in handy when you find a tree to sit at and call your turkey
