The top and bottom bearing races will not fit inside the steering tube. Just slightly too large, barely. There were no instructions, just a tiny box with the parts. The lower dust seal is not in the box to protect the lower bearings. Cannot contact the seller to discuss this. A shame because if I can't make this happen, Amazon might just be getting lots of other parts orders sent back or cancelled. I just wanted to ask the seller a few questions like why the bearing race covers won't fit in the steering tube on a standard cruiser frame Because there is just the "Take it to a bike shop answer," 1 star. Otherwise the seller shipped it fast and exactly what was shown.As a followup to this. Found out you need to buy a press kit to press in the bottom and top bearing cups. Park Tool sells one at around 100 dollars but Amazon has many others well below that. Part of building your own bike. It would have helped though had the seller dropped a small piece of paper in the box mentioning this rather then here's a bunch of parts, and that's it. Once the bearing cups are pressed in, the rest starts to fit though again, a piece of paper showing the order of the parts and how to install them would have saved a lot of wasted time searching and then having to order a tool since it would have saved time. As for the quality of the parts, yes they appear great, the seller did ship fast and you get what you see in the picture. Not faulting them on that, just that a paper in that box would have made things much easier. For this, I bumper it up to 3 stars.

This was a good piece for my lowrider bike it fitted perfect and looked good in color as it should have
