This a really nice windbreaker type jacket .my son is 6 '1 and has a hard time finding a jacket that has long enough sleeves for his long arms and this was perfect .it keeps him warm and dry .he love it .

It's actually pretty good looking rain jacket and I'll likely keep it but the description says it has a removable and stoable hood and it doesn't. That would have been a big bonus and a feature I would use.

Not going to do a detailed review, and I don't write many, however this jacket deserves it. In the past I've spent twice as much on inferior products.The jacket has a tad bit of heft to it. Not ultra light but not heavy. Cuts wind like nothing. The zippers, hood, and seams are quality (clearly waterproof). I just ran the snow blower in 10 degree weather, with a 3/4 sleeve shirt and hoodie underneath this guy. Bone dry, even after the snow melting on me. I'm not overly hot though, as it vents really, really well. I sweat, so to my dismay this thing kept me dry somehow.Love the fit (runs a tad large but not crazy) - and velcro wrist cuffs for good measure. I love a zip chest pocket, especially if youre doing any backpacking or other outdoor/active stuff... the easy access is clutch.The price point-to-quality ratio is unmatched. Think marmot, north face, etc at a fraction of the cost. I had 3 different jackets in my cart but pulled the trigger on this for 20-75 dollars less.All said and told, I would not hesitate to buy this, or other LDA products again. Get it!Ps - I'm aware this turned in to a semi-detailed review, haha. Happy shopping all.

Don't let the name fool you. Everything I have purchased from this company has more than met my expectations. The jacket fits true to size and the hood really covers well in the rain. Packs great in the bike bag and with little to no wrinkling, he still looks well kept for the ride home. Great color, too. Nice, nice jacket.

I purchased this jacket specifically for glacier hiking in Iceland, (I own a tour company that takes Americans to Iceland on seven-day tours). Not wanting to wear my large Gore-Tex jacket up on a glacier, this lightweight jacket certainly fit the bill. I can guarantee that it is waterproof and windproof, and while not insulated, it certainly kept me warm enough with just a sweatshirt underneath, (note: I have a high threshold for the cold and I do not get cold easily). I travel to the Arctic routinely, and since these jackets occupy a very small luggage footprint, I will be picking up a few more to have on hand for my tour members to use if the need arises.

I bought this to take with me on a bike packing tour, so I don’t need anything really fancy. I can actually wear my helmet underneath the hoodie. As I am riding a bike, I expect to get sweaty on the trip and I don’t mind getting a few drops of rain on me. This raincoat more than fills the bill For keeping me mostly dry and somewhat warm and, I believe, will prove to be a good bargain. If you’re the type of person that spends a lot of time in the rain or wears nice clothes underneath, then spend the money for a top quality raincoat.I purchased one size down from my regular size and it is a good fit.

I ordered 3 different brand waterproof rain jackets and this one had the best material compared to OTC and Tezo. The small was still a little too big for me. The Tezo is a little heavier material but fits very nicely. Little Donkey is 1.37 lbs, Tezo is 1.40 lbs, OTC is 1.19 lbs. I'm keeping the Tezo.
