Item does exactly what I needed it to do. Does not have any kind of waterproofing, so you can't really put anything wet inside of it, but the product description never claimed that you could, so it is very useful for certain things, but not wet stuff.

Bought for the kids to keep track of their items while at an amusement park. Loved how they had a side pocket. Items stayed dry during the water rides.
