My 2020 4runner had the shakes when braking. I replaced the 2 front rotors and we are back to being smooth. Tip, MAN the previous rotors were stuck/rusted on. I recommend prepping by buying some spray to help lubricate and release the rust some time before attempting to do the job... if not, you will be using a sledge hammer. I really had to wack both of mine.. and that could have damaged or bent other wheel hubs, etc. ALSO, be careful when taking the pins out.. if you rip them out, you'll strip little pin holders located at the end of the pin that pops out the back of the caliper. I had to use paper clips to make new ones to keep the pins from sliding out. So do it right so you don't have to use a sledge hammer and paper clips.

Couldn't find rotors for my 4Runner on Amazon, so tried the same part number for 'Lexus' (the 4Runner and GX are stablemates) and ended up here; these came in the red/white Toyota parts boxes and match my original rotors exactly. I got 78k out of the originals, so decided to stay with OEMs for replacement; I'll be quite pleased if I get the same out of these.
