5050 LED Chips
- LED strip lights with 5050 led chips which measuring 50mm x 50mm, the 5050 SMD is larger than the 3528 SMD.
- They have 3 LED diodes in one housing, and are a lot brighter than individual 3528 LED chips.
Warm Tips
When you connect the LED strip lights , the arrow between the remote contrlloller and the strip must be arrow to arrow to make sure it work Immediately. OR it does not work, you need to adjust it.
Can Be Cut
- It can be cut every 3 LEDs. Please make sure the power off first, then cut the light strip from the cut marks
- If you want to reconnect them, please use 4P 10mm connector ( Not included)

Something I never thought would happen... finally installed in my trailer and when smoothing out the adhesion, lights altered brightness and started smoking off... a solid short that didn't blow the fuse... potential fire. I did NOT encounter this in my boat. I am sure it is a one-off... just wanted to share for awareness! Love the LEDs!Yes, the strip still works excepting 3 LEDs... they lost red I think.

If you bend this at all during installation it will break the inner wiring and then that whole color will not work from that point on. During installation I realized that the tail end of one section wasn't working but could wiggle the rubber LED housing and it would then light up. After this I was extremely careful to not put any unnecessary strain on the cabling. Even so, by the time I was done, half on one section has no red or green, half of the other has no blue. I can get the LEDs to come back on by moving the housing, but there's no way to make this a permanent fix.This turned into a real headache. Save your time and go with something more durable. This should be marketed as a hobby product, not marine. It would be nearly impossible to run all 40 feet without having an issue somewhere along the line rendering the product useless. Now I get to peel everything off, undo the wiring, and then clean up all the adhesive residue, can't think of a worse way to spend $50.

I'm a DIY'r. So I have assembled stuff. Either the remote doesn't work OR the controller unit doesn't work. It worked just long enough for the Amazon return window to close. And, Yes I changed the battery on the remote.NOW, When power is turned ON at the boat switch, they light up solid GREEN. and that's it. The remote is unresponsive.I sent a message to the seller about 3 weeks ago. No response. figures.... very unhappy with this product.

Bright and cute! Many color options to choose from. We chose to put them on our boat for light and they work very nicely for us.

They lit up the water just like I wanted to be able to fish at night. I cleaned and stuck them to the boat and then put a thin bead of clear silicone along the edges.Make sure to keep the remote eye exposed

I only had one light kit and it was later in the evening and I sent a message for help and support. They were excellent and sent me a new wire kit that was missing. I feel like the follow up and take care of customers. I just installed these and they work great. I do wish the wiring direction for the switch, fuse and battery were better. I do recommend this product so far.
