I love this product. Looks like an oversized wine glass. Can fit 2 bottles of wine or 4 pints of beer comfortably, with cold water and/or ice to keep it chilled. Definitely much cuter then the usual wine buckets with stands and can be used for parties and dinners at home

I ordered 2 of these champagne buckets for wedding gifts. One was in perfect condition and I was very happy, unfortunately the other was substandard and so I asked for a refund. After a bit of negotiation they have agreed to refund me for the scratched ice bucket and let me keep it.Great customer service!
