I am impressed with the cushioning the sleeve offers. I am not impressed with the side pocket. It is kinda hard to do anything with as with the angle of the zipper (wish it was straight). I do use it for small items such as pens, business cards and such but my tablet/kindle wouldn't fit due to awkward angle.

Work well enough for my 14" laptop but the side compartment has no room (mouse won't fit) and the zipper sticks. For the price, its ok. Can only carry a few sheets of paper or a pen in side pocket.

There's nothing wrong with this basic laptop pouch, but you do get what you pay for. I'd give this one 4-1/2 stars if there were an option, because it's a good value.The thing is, I have other soft pouches for other computers that just feel better - as they should, because they're more expensive.What I do like is that it has a zippered front pocket for accessories, and it's big enough to accommodate all the things you're likely to bring along - a charger, cables, maybe a mouse... Also, it does offer some padding to protect your laptop.One thing: please measure your laptop before ordering a pouch. While the listing for this one mentions the 14" MacBook Pro as being compatible - and certainly, it is - this case is larger than necessary. That's not a complaint, just a recommendation to think the size through before ordering.But again, this case does what it's supposed to for a very low price.
