Fit and looks good as described by others. I the life was pretty good. Bought it January 2016. Had it on a timed circuit that was on about two hours per day. Light finally failed January 2021.

I replaced a pilot light that came on when my water well pump came on in my kitchen. The electrician that wired our home while it was being built had never thought of having a warning light that the pump was running if you in fact did not have anything using water to your knowledge. He used a halogen bulb in red that worked for three years only. It lit up the kitchen when the pump was on with a red glow off the granite countertops. I replaced it with the blue. It required me to enlarge the hole in the electric plate to accommodate the larger body of this which was no problem actually. Great product and uses less energy and hopefully lasts longer than the halogen did.

I installed this LED to indicate when my circuit breaker panel was supplied with grid power. The light itself is great. Very bright, and low power consumption. However, the light is very fragile. I was replacing a similar LED, so all the wiring and punchouts were already in place. Just installing the wires nearly tore the innards of this LED. I had a similar problem before, so I was particularly careful replacing the LED, and *still* damaged it.Buyer beware: it works well but is very delicate and cheaply made.

Not very bright. Using 14 gauge wire didn't allow the wire cover at the end to be put on correctly. I don't want to reduce wire size due that this is 120v not DC current.

Seems like it will be durable enough but only time will tell with the plastics and the weather. Item shipped quickly and the price was a bargain. The screw-clamp connections made this very easy to install. Lamp included rubber washer to prevent water intrusion.

Works perfectly. I like the way the wires are connected. I have had others like this that use spade terminals, which I don't like. This one has solid screw terminals, protected by a snap-in plastic cap. So why 4 stars, not 5? Although it is bright enough to be seen from a long distance at night, it is not bright enough to be seen in daylight, even cloudy days. That is the only beef I have. If you are using it inside, on a panel, or out of high ambient light, it should do the job for you quite well.

These led indicator lights fit the small knockouts on standard electrical boxes. Since they are LEDs they will last a decade or more and use little electricity. They are well made, a great solution for a place where one wants verification a motor, fan or pump is actually powered.
