Got them today...installed them today....with the correct tools it's an easy job. The shocks fit perfectly and easy to install .....not sure of the longevity...since I just installed them but if they last 50K I will be happy especially for this price.

There are no missing parts and are an exemption oem replacement. Word of advise, spray wd-40 on bolt before replacing part on car.

I bought these to replace noisy and leaking rear shocks on my mom's 2014 Civic. The old ones were clearly made by KYB and, besides the part number, the new ones seemed identical. While my mom's car didn't have obviously degraded handling, the new ones quieted everything down again.

Ordered two shoks, missing a bushings and washers. A little bit disappointed. Should I use the old ones or order the bushings separately?Upd. The seller sent the new pair and this time bushings, washers were in package. Installation really easy. You would need 14mm socket for bottom part. 5mm hex socket ,and 14mm wrench for top fasteners. Changed also sway bar links. No more clunking sound.
