I have a few Kuvik stoves, which have always been copies of other stoves at a good price. I can't find this stove to date in another brand but would not be surprised that this is the case once again. That being said, this is a great little stove. The panels stack very thin and fit nicely into a well-made pouch. Its also the smoothest stove I have found to assemble. Stoves of this style usually require a little work in the last assembly step, but this stove has the slots arranged to make assembly very easy. The cross bars allow it to work with the smallest pots as well as large pans Made of titanium, and at a good price, this stove is hard to beat.

Very light and compact stove that is easy to assemble. The storage bag is good quality, keeps everything organized and keeps soot from getting on your other gear in your bag. The bottom can be placed at different levels depending on fuel source. When using wood just use the lowest position and if you are using an alcohol stove, you can put the bottom closer to your cup for better heating. Really great titanium stove that packs so small and is so light. I have many stoves and this one is now my favorite.

This little stove is very easy to set up. Burns great. Boils 750ml water in about 5 min. I found that it burns best with sticks about my pinky finger in width, anything larger snuffs it out. Which is perfect because you don't need to carry a knife to cut wood for it. To "Leave no trace" and for good fire safety I used a fire mat beneath it to ensure any sticks that fell out in during the burn were contained and would not cause a fire. The mat also doubled as a clean spot to place my food and spoon while cooking. I used my long handle titanium spoon to help push in any sticks that fell out or to push them farther into the stove as they burned. Regarding how quickly it cooled down. By time I finished my meal it was cool enough to touch and pack away. I love this little lightweight stove!

This is a cool little stove but it takes a bit of practice to cook with, especially if you're doing anything more than boiling water. Because it is so small, it is difficult to keep enough wood inside for the fire to keep rolling long enough to cook, and it's very easy to over fill the stove and choke out oxygen and kill the fire. I had success when I kept a lot of sticks prepped and ready to put into the stove.Besides that, it's pretty great. I wish I would've gotten the larger version though, it's not much more expensive and not much heavier and would make things a lot easier.

Super small and lightweight, but I was disappointed that there were no instructions. After figuring out how to assemble it, I realized that the fit wasn’t tight. The back plate on the left side was way off, sitting much higher and misaligned compared to the right. While the other parts fit fine, this misalignment makes the whole structure unstable, which is frustrating. After leaving my initial review, the seller contacted me with an offer of a full refund, which I accepted. However, instead of providing a resolution, they continued to question my ability to assemble the product and implied user error, even though I watched videos and researched how to set it up correctly. Despite explaining that the product didn’t come with instructions, the seller was dismissive and insisted that no one else had ever reported an issue, making this experience even worse. I have since decided to seek another product and will not be purchasing from this seller again. Poor product quality combined with unhelpful customer service.

Take this initial review with a grain since I haven’t field/burn tested yet, but boy am I excited about this little stove.I’m just getting into hiking and camping again as a sport and getting a few things to update my gear. My equipment is intended for multiple purposes, 1) hiking/camping, 2) beach days and or picnics, and 3) in an emergency “go bag” when not in use for the prior two reasons. This packs flat and stows much better than my previous gasifier stove (very popular model by many different names/brands). Hope I loved that older one, it’s almost 16oz when compared to this one at 4.1oz in its bag.It is not the largest stove, but I like it for that reason. Big enough for boiling some water, cooking a quick meal, and can have fuel fed into it while the pot is still on the stove.I also like it because it has an included ash catcher level/layer, not just the exposed bottom grate. So, a quick meal, hot drink, or a wee fire for warmth in an emergency situation, all packing flat at 4.1oz. Can’t ask for much more.Oh, and the edges are nicely ground not leaving any sharp edges to cut oneself (as far as I can tell for now). Will update after a few uses.
