Good tie wrap cutters. Better than the normal wire cutter type. Just don't use them for wire if you want to keep them as good as they are for cutting tie wraps and other plastic stuff.

Consistent cuts on all the zip ties. He leaves a smooth end to the zip tie. Solve the problem of scratching up your hands when you’re digging down in an engine bay. Really high-quality. Because of tools like these, I always search for the Knipex version first.

Any electrician in particular the ones that do a lot of control termination should have one. Very good to cut Ty-rap flash. No shart stubs left.

These are wonderful for edge banding, zip ties, or similar. Before I would use an Xacto knife or razor, and pre-measure. With these you can just start with a little extra and apply it and then cut them make a perfect cut at exactly the right length.BTW, all the tools I have by knipex are absolutely top quality...

A little expensive but the jaws are thicker than other flush cutters, they have a spring to return the handles to open and they just generally feel great to handle. They work great on zip ties or other plastics as well as small gauge wire. Excellent

This is a very nice specialized Knipex flush cutter for plastics (remember that and don't ruin it trying to cut anything else), perfect for hobbyist and DIY projects. Feels great in my hand, does the job well, and provides plenty of satisfaction: it's always a pleasure to work with the right and quality tools, no matter what the task at hand is.

If you're an electrician who cares about what their works looks like you need a pair of flush cutters.I've used several other brands to include: Snap-on, Xuron, harbor freight, and Klein. The snap-on, klein, and harbor freight have stood up to years of abuse and still work fine. The Xuron didn't last long at all.The knipex feels just as durable and of high quality as the Klein and Snap On (still in service after 10 years). I see no reason why this Knipex won't last decades either. Great tool!
