The sizing is WRONG. I checked my 6mo old lab puppies measurements, 16" neck and 29" chest, before ordering. According to the chart on this listing he should easily fit a large and have room to grow. The harnesses arrived today and it is VERY tight....it's more like a smaller sized Medium. I like the materials and the way it's sewn, the fit is just absolutely terrible.

Was difficult to get on, then found it to be way too tight under the arms. Almost had to cut it off.
